Leadership Changes
After many years faithful service within the Group, Chris and Lynn Williams (Scout Leader and Assistant Scout Leader) are both taking a well earned rest. They will still be very much involved with 3rd Beddington, and you will still continue to see them about. Paul Goldsmith (GSL) will take over as Scout Leader in the short term.
Julie Goldsmith has decided to leave Oak Beaver Colony after running the colony for many years. Gemma Cresswell will take over as Leader. Julie will still continue to run our successful Explorer Unit.
Paul Goldsmith will no longer be Akela of Wordsworth Cub Pack. Jonathan Davey will take over as Leader of the Pack.
Peter Mead will be leaving Ash Beaver Colony as a Leader, but we will still see him around at some colony meetings and special events, such as the Group and Christmas show. He will also continue to look after our website.
Maureen Davey will be joining Oak Beaver Colony as an Assistant Beaver Leader, which means that we now have the whole Davey clan on the Leadership team.
